We Ti Anode Fabricators Pvt. Ltd., do design, manufacturing & testing the Electro Chlorinator cell assembly and its spares for the minimum capacity to produce 6.25 GPH sodium hypochlorite per hour to 1000 gph for general application and higher capacity with multifold cell assembly for industrial/commercial application. Bi-polar, Mono-polar & Reverse Polarity cell is in our scope.

Normally, we design the anode for 4.0 to 4.5 keh.kg cell voltages, with the coating life guarantee of 3 to 5 years depends on the current density and material construction. Reverse polarity cells are guaranteed for 1 years. Efficient production of sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) is optimized by Tiaano’s unique design utilizing multiple electrodes. For larger system capacities, modular sodium hypochlorite electrolytic cells are to be arranged in parallel. NaOCl is to produce on-site as needed at relatively low concentration assuring longer half-life than bleach.

Recently, we have supplied 50 Nos. of 50 GPH Titanium Electrolyzer to USA. Our scope of supply is Titanium cell assembly (anodes & cathodes), Titanium fasteners and clear acrylic cell.

General Instruction for Maintenance

All cells required cleaning. It must be carried out before the calcium buildup within the cell in a particular intervals based on your water quality. Using a diluted solution of hydrochloric acid and water can do cleaning. The cell cleaning process can take between 15 minutes and a few hours, depending on the scale formation on the cell. The cell must be completely free of any scale and rinsed in clean water by high pressure.
