Tiaano manufacturing batch type Electro chlorinators to generate the hypochlorite for a wide range of applications in safe, reliable and low cost. It is skid mounted system includes Electrolyzers, process Tank + Lid, Hydrogen Gas Hood, Salt Saturator, Pulse Dozer, Hypo Storage Tank, Hypo Dozing pumps (2 Nos.), Skid and Pipe & fittings.

 ‘Tiaano Electro Chlorinator’ generate sodium hypochlorite from brine solution by electrolytic process. The process requires a brine solution of 30g/L prepared using water and common salt, i.e., food grade pure salt without additives 99.5% purity. When direct current is passed through the electrode assembly, sodium chloride is converted in to sodium hypochlorite a concentration of 7000-8000 ppm in 8 hours time. During the electrolytic process that generates sodium hypochlorite, a small quantity of hydrogen gas is also generated, which could be vented to atmosphere. The ‘Batch type Electro Chlorinator’ is designed to operate on batch mode with inbuilt timer and each batch has duration of 8 hours.
