Electrochlorinator, Electrolyzers for power station

Whenever seawater or freshwater is utilized in an engineering process such as power station, Desalination Industries, Petro chemical Works or Refinery – biological fouling is an ever present cause for treatment. Bio-fouling is an ever present cause for treatment. Bio fouling restricts the water flow and reduces heat transfer across heat exchangers and condensers, thereby reducing the efficiency of the process. Electro chlorinator / Electrolyzers manufactured by Ti Anode Fabricators Pvt Ltd (Tiaano), India will keep the seawater intakes free from bio fouling, maintain the efficiency of heat exchangers and reduce the system maintenance costs with extended equipment life.

We design, manufacture and supply / replacing the electrolyzers, which are suitable for electro chlorinators, originally manufactured by M/s. Seven Trent De Nora, USA (Chlortec, Seachlor, Sanilec, Omni pure, and Balpure), M/s Sismens, USA (US Filters, Chloropac, Sanichlor, OSEC, Seapac, and Electrocatalytic), M/s. Nippon, Japan, M/s. Electric chlor, USA, M/s. Charles Thompson Limited, UK. M/s. Cumberland, UK M/s. Projex, UAE, M/s. Salchlor, Australia.

We are manufacturing the electrolyzers, having production capacity of single electrolyzer is the maximum of 125 Kgs / Hr. Higher capacity of the c12 production will be made with multifold cell assemble (more than 1250 kg/hr.) industrial / commercial application.

We are making the electrolyzers by using CTE, PPE or PPME technologies.  Our electrodes are manufactured form Titanium Sheet, Mesh, Plate Rod, Wire, Tube, Pipe and the combination of all the above, confirming to ASTM B 265,348 & 337 or 338 gr.1 & 2. Electrodes are to be coated with platinum group of precious metal mixed oxide and or platinum in the thickness of minimum 6 to 10 micron. Bi-polar, Mono-polar & Reverse polarization cell design is also in our scope. We design the cell voltage for 3.5 to 4.5 Life guarantee for DSA (precious metal mix) coating is 5 years depends on the current density and substrate.
